At MBB's latest residential project, Sagaponack House, the installation of windows signals the final stages of construction. 

It’s amazing what windows do. When the glass goes in, you can feel the difference. The space changes from a construction site to a building that just needs to be finished. That’s what’s happening at Sagaponack House, a home on the East End of Long Island designed by MBB Architects, that opens to the landscape through generous windows and a broad deck shaded by a pergola. In the future media room, a corner skylight wraps around the junction of two walls and the ceiling.
